Glossary:-

Human Capital: 
the skills, knowledge, intellect and commitment of the workforce.
Customer Capital: 
the reputation, relationships, loyalty, alliances and long-term contracts with customers, clients, partners and suppliers.
Innovation Capital:
the capacity of the business to invent and innovate, to anticipate and create new markets, to renew and refresh its products, services and technology.
Process Capital:
the value of the internal management systems and other processes. 

The flows of Intellectual Capital into Financial Capital

Intellectual Capital will remain merely intangible until it can be converted into financial value. Assuming it has been correctly identified, IC represents the basis on which future cash flows will be created. 
IC only converts into shareholder value if it is managed in such a way as to create those future cash flows, or the prospect of them .....
