the reputation, relationships, loyalty, alliances and long-term contracts with customers,
clients, partners and suppliers. |
Innovation Capital:
the capacity of the business to invent and innovate, to anticipate and create
new markets, to renew and refresh its products, services and technology. |
Process Capital:
the value of the internal management systems and other processes. |

Intellectual Capital into Financial Capital

remain merely intangible until it can be converted into financial value.
Assuming it has been correctly identified, IC represents the basis on
which future cash flows will be created. |
